Being a first-time home buyer can be an overwhelming experience.  With Jeanne and Erica, we felt more at ease to ask questions and seek clarification on many different things.  As the process continued they got to know us and our wants, so it was a breeze. They made the process less intimidating and enjoyable as we searched. When I was searching for a condo property to purchase, I attended an Open House that was hosted by Jeanne Dukes and her daughter, Erica Mooney.  I immediately felt very comfortable with this team and was impressed with their interest in what type of property I was looking for.  They were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had with that property.  I did not purchase that particular property, but after meeting them,  I pursued other properties with their assistance. When I purchased my condo, the process was quick and simple.  As we went through the closing process, all questions and concerns were answered and addressed expeditiously.  I often felt I was the "only" client they were dealing with because of their attentiveness to my issues.
